And in a few years will be building but agree with the advice below. I am waiting for a friend to build his, he is buying prefabbed and then see if it's ok. Have also considered the wooden villas from Java. Certainly am going to take my time and explore all options. The building specifications in Bali are so much lower that in Aus, things like the amount of steel they use and amount of concrete versus sand in the concrete etc
