250,000 RP a night?

We have been offered Standard rooms for 250,000 a night per room.
Been told it has aircon, tv, minibar. Just a bit concerned as it sounds extremely cheap.

Normally think Im lucky to get a room in this area for under $50.

Anyone stayed in a standard room here recently.
