I can't quite remember how far from the Inter Continental, but I think it might be better to just catch a cab up Temple Hill to PEPeNERO, particularly once it gets dark as there are no pavements to walk on safely. Wouldn't cost hardly anything for the ride.
One steak cost IDR 177,000 for an Australian cut but these were the most expensive items on the menu. The pasta's and pizza's were very reasonable.
Definitely worth the trip to sit atop the hill and take in the view. Ask for a table on the edge of the balcony to get the best vantage point but under a fan.
