I always use the moneychanger who is in a shop on the left hand side of the driveway into the Adhi Jaya. He also sells tours & has phone boxes inside his shop for O/S calls.
I have used him for the last 5 trips at least & I have never had any problems with him, always has new large notes (mainly 100K) & has apologised one night when I went in late to change money that all he had left was 50k's. I was there for 2 weeks returning last week & changed over $3,000AUD during that time.
