Premier Lounge is supposed to be a nice and quiet area for Business Class and First Class passengers only. That is why we pay premium air fares.
Unfortunately some use the lounges for their not so wonderful offspring to take out pent up energy before the flights by playing football together with their fathers and brothers or by just plain screaming their heads off.
And of course the Balinese staff just look on without stopping the noise and the nuisance.
So typical for Bali.
