CBB. Apart from all the photo copies etc you need to pay about 30000 for a police clearance, & the medical which entails a blood pressure reading & reading 4 colour blindness charts. You should do the "written test" in Indonesian but you can avoid this by paying 250000 to 300000. I agree you need to allow about 2 hours. It also takes about 35 minutes each way to Poltabes (Police centre). You have to do this every 30 days if you are a foreigner. Separate licences are required for both car & Motor bike. If you want to spend more than a month in Bali be prepared to allow about 3 trips (more than 2 hours) to Immigration & around 3 to 4 hours for drivers licence (unless you have the required international licences - 1 for moter bike & 1 for car).
