Hi, we have just returned from Bali and put some laundry in with the M99 Laundry, opposite the entrance to the Risata Hotel, it has yellow signage....we took 7 kilos of washing there and they only returned 5 kilos....2 kilos of valuable clothing gone ...never to be seen again.....they have made up every excuse in the book ....SO BE WARNED...DONT USE THEM...not worth it....I have tried calling several times since we returned and they just hang up...even had friends still over there in Bali try to follow up for us...they just deny any knowledge of it....they are scammers...dont use!
