at the intersection where the memorial and the Panin Bank is on Legian St.
Centrally located, and far enough down the lane to avoid some of the noise from Sky Bar etc.
Some complain about vendors on that lane, but I never found it to be an issue personally.
The place itself is a fair 3 star, reasonable pool area (not much shade) and a large grassed area.
It will satisfy the needs of an "average" traveller, if there is such a thing.
