I paid 77 odd thousand for a bintang was when I was walking past the HardRock Hotel in Kuta and the wife says 'I would love to go in there and see what it's like'...needless to say we sat overlooking a most magnificent pool and had a beer each which was rather expensive...BUT if you stay there then you know what you're getting and you know what the price is of beers there so no complaints.....a pot of heavy at my pub in AUS costs $3.50. A stubby of heavy costs $4.50 over the bar ( not takeaway ). $4.50 equates to approx. 36000 rph. No way would you pay 36000 for a stubby of bintang. Sorry got to go back to my pub.
