The Bintang bottle labels in Indonesia have "kurang dari 5%" written on them.
This simply means less than 5%.
I have not been to Australia for a number of years however I assume that this general statement would not suffice with the licencing rules there.
It seems obvious that the Australian labels state the 4.7%.
Whatever the outcome I may go and try one now. I have already had a good day. I just helped an old lady to cross the road. She did not want to go there but I helped her across anyway.
