Green Garden Spa?

Hi I am a little confused! Wanting to go the Green Garden Spa that everone raves about, but after searching for it on their website, there seems to be 3 locations. One near Kartika Plaza which is Green Garden Hotel, one in the Febris Hotel, and one in the Green Garden Spa and Resort, out the front of the Holiday Inn. So, which is THE ONE?? Can anyone please give me info and differences in these day spas? Thanks.
