Clothes for tall females

I have a newbie friend who would like to buy some clothes in Bali. I am a tad over 5' & she is almost 6' (in the old money). Any places that might cater for her? She'll be in Legian for a few days then mostly in Ubud.

Would it be better for her to use a tailor? I have no idea about things for tall people, being a short person.
