Stitches out in Bali

Hi, my husband had to get stitches today and was told to have them taken out in 10 days, we go to Bali Monday week (04/04) so hoping they might take them out Saturday arvo but if they're not ready to come out he'll need to do it in Bali, can anyone suggest where to get this done? and will it cost alot?
