I am assuming that you are not doing this trip in one day , but spreading it over a period of time on your hol.
I really think you will be ok to pick up drivers at the different stops you have mentioned. Or, when you arrive in Bali and are approached by the very many drivers available, I would question them and see if they are willing to stay with you (if thats what you prefer). Some of the legs you've mentioned will be fine in a cab.
We do drive ourselves now, but on some of the big drives we use a driver so my husband can enjoy the views and relax.
It may be a little uncertain, but if there is one thing you can rely on in Bali, its plenty of transport options.
