Each has its own unique attraction.
We went to both on our last trip in July last year. These are my thoughts;
La Lucciola for the the atmosphere at night, although last time the food was very average and the prices high. Service was good. Romantic feel.
Pearl on the other hand has nothing special (at all) about its location but the food is spectacular and prices are very reasonable.
Sorry cant remember exact prices, just impression of husbands face at each bill presentation :)
If money is no object can I suggest Mosaic in Ubu? It fits the bill on both counts but V pricey even by Sydney / Perth standards. Still worth it for a special night.
