will see that I can recommend both Anika (I have done 3 times) and Bumbu Bali. Bumbu Bali is really good and set in a lovely garden at Heinz von Holzen's well known restaurant of the same name at Nusa Dua. If you can make your way to McDonalds at Jimbaran (easy and quick in taxi early morning) they will pick you up for a great tour of the market and then onto Jimbaran for a look at the seafood market as part of the class. If you Google you will find the helpful website. Anika is good too, but I would recommend Bumbu Bali first.
