hi, i am nearly 50 and did it with international- its fine!!! not scary at all- i was actually disappointed it wasnt i bit more 'exciting'- the scenery is lovely- steps at the end but easy large ones, the final drop looks scary but is about as long as the actual raft, so not bad at all!!! you will enjoy a nice day out- seriously, you just duck for overhanging branches, and thats about it!!
