Help wanted re wheelchair.

I have been offered, by way of donation, one brand new, childs
wheelchair.

I ask for Forumites assistance, especially ex Pats and those resident
in Bali who would have a good local knowledge.

The wheelchair MUST to go to a GENUINE NEEDY source. I will
NOT hand the chair over to a third party.

Location is unimportant as I will personally get it there.

Maybe The Forum Administrator can assist with a location ?
