And I stayed at the Griya Santrian and it was nice and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I walked through the Besakih, next door to the Griya, and it also looked good, perhaps not quite to the same standard as the Griya but I understand it is cheaper. I would also stay there. I also spent some time at the Sanur Beach Hotel (to use their gym) and was much impressed. The Sanur Beach Hotel is very large but immaculately maintained and surprisingly cheap if you book through an online discounter. I will probably stay at the Sanur Beach Hotel next time. By the way, I hadn't stayed at Sanur before despite many trips to Bali but it is now my favourite place. Cheerio, Luke
