actually upgrading to another category of ticket less what you have already paid. If you were able to easily and cheaply name change on discounted tickets they would be bought up by scalpers and the rest of us wouldn't have a chance at them. If you had bought a more flexible and more expensive ticket you wouldn't have had to pay for the upgrade.
