It is the earthquake and Tsunami you should be worried about.
If Bali got the Tsunami that Japan just had and you where staying in Kuta, Legian or Sanur you would never have anything to worry about again.
Just remember that ALL the reactors shut down as they were designed to but nothing could have withstood the size of the Tsunami that followed.
Julia Gillard is more of a danger than a Nuclear reactor :))
