I encountered the experience last year and I must say it was incrediable. There was definitely no miss treatment. Because that would be the last thing that I would want to be involved with. They made sure people understood exactly where to touch them and what not to do. They only have 2 sessions daily and don't put them under any stress. Not like the turtles on the island in cages and on chains. This I went to see the first year I ever went to Bali and I am afraid I would not return there again.
