A couple of years ago I had to have my bags delivered by a courier (arranged by Qantas). Bags arrived, including a bag of duty free. Once inside I opened my suitcase, which was locked, only to find it had been gone through. Only small things missing but quite a bit taken out of the duty free bag. Luckily I contacted the airline straight away and the courier was caught. The police had been watching him as they suspected him of theft. I was lucky in that I eventually got my things back. The Federal Police at the airport, where I went to collect my things, explained how easy it was for someone to open the zip(that is just open the teeth) and close it again.
