Very Long Shot!!

My sister is getting married in Bali in October!! We're originally from Scotland and would love a wee bit of Scottish heritage at the wedding - now for the long shot!!!!

Am probably dreaming but does any one know any bagpipers who happen to live in Bali? Or anyone in Bali who can play the bagpipes?
