Hi yanchepgirl, I have used this site for my trip last September and no problems at all. Got a pool access room at the Kuta Lagoon Resort with instant confirmation. I have booked another holiday this year but found Travelonline to be good value and they are based in Queensland. I used Booking.com the time before and everything was fine. You do have to check as price varies between companies.
