on Kuta beach.
Depending on where abouts on the beach it is, the various vendors and hotel employees are responsible for keeping clean.
If you walk along early, you can see this process taking place.
There is also a large front end loader that operates towards the Legian end.
They will generally gather the rubbish into neat piles for collection.
There is always a lot of rubbish at the beach, due to stuff thrown away by locals, tourists (McDonalds rubbish!!) and the remains of offerings left on the shore too.
You may also see large numbers of staff from the likes of Discovery Plaza doing clean ups before opening times (when not all holding hands!!)
