We have two little girls and are heading off again in two weeks with 14 month and 3 year old. (3 year olds 2nd trip, 14 months 2 trip)
Everyone has given great advice, i also prefer to take my own huggies, even though my girls haven't been sick they have had runnier then normal nappies so I find huggies the safest bet for these situations, also stops nappy rash with the cheaper versions.
I used the cot from our hotels we have stayed at holiday inn tuban and conrad, both cots were perfect.
I also prefer to take my own pram as i have a good one here and I know they sleep well in it if we are out, didn't take it the first time and was kicking myself!
One more suggestion, take all your first aid items, Baby panadol from home, they sell there but I don't think it is as good. Also with the plane trip in andn out of aircond rooms and the pool both my girls got runny noses and coughs, take your baby vicks etc!
I also have a great nanny if you want sometime to yourself i highly recommend her (have left my email open) She is really good just to take along if you don't feel comfortable to leave baby, makes shopping and eating out easier she will attend to baby why you can have a well earned rest :)
Relax and have fun!
