Going over to Bali, you just take your normal allowance of 1 litre per person as usual.
This can be carried on board if purchased at duty free at the airport.
Air Asia Indonesia do not serve alcohol on board their planes (Air Asia Malaysia are different I think)
Coming home, some travellers try to put re-sealed bottles in their cases, and these are being either pulled out or the passenger is made to plastic wrap their case at a cost.
I guess that this is fair enough, as having alcohol leak into the hold, and over other peoples luggage is not the best.
I think that if you try to bring a fully sealed new bottle back in checked luggage, an official may try to have a piece of action from that, but I have brought p[lenty of Bali Moon in unopened bottles back without problems.
