We called bali baby care and they free delivered an aussie portacot for us with extra thick mattress sheet and mosqito cover.

We used the local nappys during the day but took huggies for night times because they are better.
There are a few baby shops and we use bbc services to run us around the big and small ones on a 4 hour trip.
I was surprised at what was available if you know where to look.
