Sells lots of things mainly to locals including insence, clothes traditional costumes ,meat, fish and very yummie cakes and sweets.
Best way I(on a bike) know is cross Jl Legian out of Jl Padma heading east. Travel to the very end - you will come to the river and turn left for about 2 klms and its on the left.
By car you have to travel further north along Jl Legian before turning right then you travel down to the river and turn right.
Advise to get there before 8
I spend at minimum an hour there every visit which is usually at least twice a week
