Agree, my husband is a great "packer" havent lost a thing yet, up until now. We checked our bags in at Bali and they transfered them straight thru to gold coast. We didnt pick them up in KL. Lots of hands to go thru...lol... never mind, will be more prepared next time. Off to Cambodia in November.
