No the Masa does not have wifi, but the La Walon hotel next door does.
You can get the access code by asking people who stay there or by eating or drinking at the retaurant.
Once you have the access code you can sit across the road at the Bali Agung, which is more comfortable, and log in.
Secret Garden and The Havana also have wifi and if you eat there they will also give you the code.
Apart from that as previously said there is a Internet Cafe directly across the road from the Masa and another one directly above the La Walong restaurant which I think it is called N Nodes or something similar. There is no problem using this place but don't bother buying their portable wifi cards they are more trouble than they are worth and do not work in the Masa.
