Did a 2 week trip over Christmas New Year with our 3 children which we absolutely loved but this one was just a quick 4 day trip for our 20th wedding anniversary. Left Perth at 7.40pm Wednesday night with Pacific Blue and landed in Bali at 11.15pm. Thru airport in 15 minutes! Picked up by staff from our accomodation at Seminyak Estate & Spa on Baik Baik. Signed in and in our villa by midnight. Good night sleep and up ready to for our banana pancakes mmmm. Villa was great. Stayed in the Lagoon Villa which steps straight out into pool. Great accomodation, king bed upstairs with living area, bathroom and kitchen downstairs. Breakfast was great. Very quiet and good location. Staff would drop us at the back gate in the golf buggy right opposite the Bintang supermarket. Only did a bit of shopping, lots of relaxing and some good food and drinks. Had a great dinner at Ku de ta for our anniversary, rather expensive but very nice dining. Would recommend this for a fine dining experience. Mozarrella By the Sea and on Padma St, fantastic as usual. Got a few paintings and had a few photos printed on canvas at Matahari, very cheap. Had a pendant engraved with loved one at Face 2 Face Photo Engraving at Carrefor. Turned out great and was greatly appreciated by mother in law. Had a facial and full body massage at our favourite Melasti Spa, those girls are great and love the atmosphere. Coffee at Mug Shot is always a must for the coffee lover and even me who is not. Flight home on Sunday, left at midday and got into perth at 3.30pm. Thru customs in record time (especially after a Singapore flight arrived at the same time) a total of 15 minutes. Home again and back to work today. Now checking out the flights for next trip. Can't wait :D
