I really enjoyed the pelangi. There werent many (any) children there, but it was not close to school holidays. pool is lovely overlooking the ocean and Pool staff are friendly and helpful.
breakfast was usual buffet and staff helpful. there is free wi-fi at the restaurant.
we had deluxe room. large room with a sofa, the room was very comfortable and clean. bathroom was a great size.
Staff at reception were helpful and friendly. we hardly ever went to reception as our room was near the beach end. and we often walked out along the beach track.
Out the front of the hotel , on the beach, there are several massage ladies, plus others selling their wares. Also inculdes Alwin, who sells drinks- had a beer with hi as the sun set. there are a couple of beach shacks just out the frint which serve vry cheap food. They set up bean bags at sunset, which was very nice. Sitting in a bean bag, on the beach, at sunset, drinking a Bintang. The ladies out the front were very friendly and somehow talked me into buying them all an ice cream. a simple thing to do , but bought a smile to their faces.
Hope that is helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Enjoy!
