We're booked to go on Friday (!) and even after talking to Jetstar help desk, I'm not sure about getting my boarding pass online.
What happened was I booked through Webjet (mistake - $50 booking fee for the same fare on the Jetstar website = lesson learned). Anyway of course the first thing I did was go to the Jetstar website to see if I could see my booking. I got and still get an error message saying I can't see my booking as it wasn't booked through Jetstar. I spoke to Jetstar Help desk about online check in and they sent me an itinerary with seat preferences but it specifically says it's not a boarding pass.
To make things even more confusing I bought an extra seat while talking to the Help Desk so we can stretch out a little on the way back, and I can't see my booking for that online either.
Soooo - has anyone else had this problem? Have you been able to print your boarding passes if you haven't booked online with Jet*? If so, was it 48 hours before?
