Bad Accomodation in Kuta

I'd like to advice the travellers in this blog:
do NOT go to Panorama Cottages II (in KUTA!!): it looks like a nice place...but it's very dirty, full of rats (you can find the rats on your bed the night),the electricity does not work if you load a handphone or other there are black out, and the owner is very ugly!!be carefull.
