About 500Rp, seriously, you will find it difficult to get Balinese food, unless you find one place and eat there every day, most places do Indonesian food, and entree's aren't the norm, anything not eaten with rice is considered a snack. You could have a snack, then a meal and then a desert. I eat lunch for 7000RP and dinner for 10,000rp but you can eat for 700,000rp so depends on where you go. I only eat Indonesian food but I am not on holiday, if I was on holiday I'd be eating the good stuff, there are some top western restaurants in Bali and Indonesian food everyday can get boring, unless you like chili, then it tastes great but can be very bland if you take away the hot stuff.
