nothing wrong with enquiring as to how this will affect her trip to Bali. That does not mean she doesn't care what has happened. By your reasoning everyone should stay home now or they will be seen as being "uncaring towards the Japanese people" What do you think she should have done.Gone ahead without enquiring as to any effects on her travel plans. Or not gone at all. What do you think?
