I flew Garuda for the first time on my last trip (January)... was impressed and will be going with them again next trip in April. Heaps of entertainment (touch screens on back of seat in front - music, movies, games, etc), food/drink included, blankets provided. Seats were pretty comfy (I fell asleep for the first time ever on a flight!). I had a 20kg luggage allowance included and I paid $385 return ex Perth - great bargain! My only advice would be to check your booking status online when getting close to your departure date... my return flight time was changed and I wasn't notified, so lucky I checked!
