I haven't stayed at the Jayakarta but have visited family who were staying there and the main pool area really didn't appeal to me. If you like a party atmosphere, with music, etc, it would be more your scene. My family weren't terribly impressed either. It does have a little playground for kids though, and a second quieter pool, ideal for families. Haven't seen the apartments. The Jayakarta's location is good, no doubt about that.
I think the Besakih is lovely, but then I think Snore is more my scene!
