Sicilia is just around the corner from your hotel in JLn 66, they do great massage. Briella almost opposite the Jayakarta. do great leg/ foot treatment..Both do pedicures, reflexology, cream baths and have clean facilities. Foils I am not so sure of, i would have that done before i went on holiday.
There are a number of great cheap warungs around your hotel. walk and ye shall find :)
