Cannot help with spa, salon or beach bars..but
You are close to all the restaurants such as Lanai, Blue Ocean etc along that beach strip near Double 6
There are local guys with an esky etc along that strip of beach as well as sun loungers to hire.
Cafe Jadi is not far. Not cheap cheap but reasonable
Warung Asia also close
Marzano & Corner 66 restaurants on the corner of Werkudara & Jln Dble 6
Warung Murah in Jln Dble 6
Pondok Jawa is in the same gang as Baliana
On their brochure they have quite a good map of the area
