The deluxe rooms are a 3 storey block and standard 2..
No lifts.
Even if you get a room on the ground floor--
There are lots of stairs around the hotel including the breakfast
and pool areas..
You would also need to ask for a room with a walk in shower
as some of the rooms have the shower over the bath which can be
difficult to get over the side of the bath...
It is not a hotel that cater for children... people do stay
here with children but not a lot ..
I am not trying to put you off,, but just give you the info as we have found it..
It is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff...
