We live in the Barossa Valley (Sth Aust). Yeh, I know . . . lucky us! Last October we were on Bali and thought we would get a bottle of Red. WHAT a surprise!!! CarreFore was expensive - by Aussie standards, but local bottle shops were over the top! eg a humble bottle of Jacob's Creek Shiraz (about AUD$12-15.00 in Oz), was AUD$52.00 !! I couldn't believe it. Consequently, it remained on the shelf. Its cost was almost a 1/2 nights accommodation. Wedecided that we didn't need our "Red fix" that much.
