You are allowed 1 litre of alcohol duty free, so you won't need to declare it at all.
If, you are also taking spirits as a carry on at the duty free shop as well as this, then you will need to declare as you will then be over the one litre.
If your wine is over one litre, but just one bottle you should be OK.
