We stay at the Casa Padma reguarly. Yes there is a pool bar with the traditional stools in the water but it isnt attended to. But having said that, you can still swim over there and call the staff and they will attend to you. If they know you are going to use it they will look out for you and getting served there wont be a problem and I have seen this many of times. Just normally there isnt the demand to have someone there all the time.
