from 2003 I would go there up to 2 times per day, depending where I was staying.My standard fare there is the mee kuah. Last September I ordered this and it was just sooooo salty-inedible-not at all like the previous 7 years. I advised them of this and was offered the menu again-they stated 'choose something else and we will discount the price'-not replace no charge! I gave them one more chance in Feb. this year and again the mee kuah was over the top with salt. Apart from that I left me friend at our table, went to the toilet, came back and my (empty)plates had been cleared and my half full glass of juice had been cleared. Shortly after, when my friend had finished her juice, they approached and stated 'can we take your glass, we need it'.
So, methinks they cleared my unfinished juice because they needed the glass?
I have never complained about any meal/service in Bali in my time there but this time I did!!!! They were advised I would never return and if 'ibu' wasn't so busy in the kitchen I would have advised her.
