seeking any hints or tips re email

communication with Bali drivers.

Have sent a few emails, but I dont think my adoreable, wonderful driver really fully understands me.

Looking forward to any suggestions on how to simplify / clearly communicate via emails, with drivers who may have limited writing skills.
