You will go to the left in the main arrivals hall, to the Visa on arrivals windows, where you need to pay USD25 or equivalent for a visa that is put into your passport (Some people will rush straight to the immigration queue....do not follow them, as they have someone paying the Visa on Arrival fee for them, and they are just holding a place in the queue).
Then about face to the immigration desks, where you go through and get your passport stamped and a departure card put into your passport (don't loose this as you need it on departure)
Out to Carousels to collect luggage, and then through X-ray machines and customs.
Just do what everyone else is doing and it's easy.
