Ummmm excuse me NO I am not related to QLD'ers or a friend! I have just been put in the same boat as QLD'ers and therefore thought I would share some feedback!

I may not have been on here before however I do believe it is a free forum and seems to me that people are free to state their minds. therefore as there is a blame game happening i thought i would give the facts I have been given from my Travel agent!
